Project 365: Backup Protection So, what’s the opposite of Midas Touch? Apparently, that’s what I’ve been suffering from for the past 32 hours. I think everything electronic that I’ve touched has some how succumb to some strange circumstances. The EasyPay Touch that I was assigned to on Black Friday freaked out. And Thanksgiving night, I effectively BRICKED my Macbook Air.  I tried to do some custom install of a new login window and POOF! Thankfully, I had everything backed up.  So, instead of sleeping, I spent a good 3 hours restoring EVERYTHING back on there, including another install of Parallels and Windows 7. That was not fun. At all. Thank God for backup hard drives.
