So, I took a little detour this afternoon and decided to hit up the new Menchies at Mililani.

On the way over to Menchies, I realized that there was a Blazin Steaks around the corner, so I decided to grab some dinner. That will be forever known as mistake #1.

As I sat and waited for my food, it seemed like God was just testing the whole time. Seriously, it seemed like every female that passed by in that quick 20 minute period was my speed.

Females on the nerdy cute steez have always been a weakness and this was no exception. Outfits were on point on a fashion tip and the nerdy glasses put things over the top for me. Finally, right as I was grabbing my food, almost ran into this one girl because I was caught staring at the DOPE Rebel Alliance shield on the nape of her neck, slightly hidden by her ponytail.

Like… whoa.

Just as I was trying to convince myself that this was all just a weird coincidence, I run into Lofa and a women’s small group from Grace Bible.

Very insightful conversation with Lofa, some Menchies, then another insightful conversation with Mr. Hirano.

I really need to keep my head on a swivel sometimes to catch the right moment with people.
